A while back my kids helped me whip up a batch of our Merry Christmas Molasses cookies. I had prepared some of the dry ingredients and paired them up with some of my hand made gingerbread ornaments to sell at this years craft shows. There was a few bags left over so we made them into cookies as a family activity one afternoon.

A short..bread Post
I'll keep this one short and sweet, just like the biscuits which seemed to have disappeared as quickly as they were prepared...all 100 of them! I did double my batch to get this many, and my cutter is an itty bitty gingerbread man who's probably no taller than 1 1/2 inches at best. The perfect man, gone in one bite!
Count Down to Christmas
Okay...so I have fallen behind YET again with these posts, so in an attempt to catch up I am going to share with you some of the recipes I promised to you back at the end of the Monster Buffet.
I never realized how much one can forget over the course of a year..silly me, thinking I could pull off my Grandmother's Christmas Pudding...really? Who was I kidding!
